Salesforce Developer
Location: Brussels | Language: English (Dutch/French a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement small to medium-sized features end-to-end
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce systems for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for identified issues
• Ensure infrastructure best practices around performance, capacity, and monitoring
• Participate in incident response and keep technical documentation up to date
• Coach and support team members while promoting a collaborative team environment
• Apply best practices in development, security, and system reliability
• Own full feature lifecycle from design to deployment
• Proactively troubleshoot and improve development workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce DX
• Proficient with Salesforce Lightning and Azure Integration Services
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and web technologies (e.g., CORS)
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for development lifecycle management
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and customer-centric development
