En tant que Technicien HVAC, vous intervenez sur des projets de maintenance au sein de bâtiments tertiaires. Vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement, de l’entretien et du dépannage des installations techniques liées au chauffage, à la ventilation et à la climatisation.Vos responsabilités :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations HVAC ;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir efficacement sur site ;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Réaliser les réglages, mises en service et contrôles de performance des équipements ;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Garantir la conformité des installations selon les normes en vigueur ;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Rédiger les rapports d’intervention et assurer un suivi rigoureux ;</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Être le point de contact technique auprès des clients sur site.</li></ul>Votre profil :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Formation technique en HVAC, électromécanique ou équivalent ;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Agrément G1 ou G2 obligatoire ;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Expérience en maintenance d’installations tertiaires souhaitée ;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bonnes compétences en diagnostic et résolution de pannes ;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service ;</li></ul>Notre offre :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Intégration au sein d’une entreprise reconnue dans le secteur technique ;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Projets variés dans un environnement tertiaire ;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Zone d’intervention : Bruxelles ou Wallonie, en fonction de votre lieu de domicile ;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Package salarial attractif avec avantages extra-légaux ;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Possibilités d’évolution et de formation continue.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"></li></ul>
