Position: Legal &amp; Regulatory Officer (Dutch-speaking) Location: Leuven (every 2 weeks) and Liège (every 2 weeks) | Full-time | Hybrid work model (4 days of homeworking)A fast-growing energy group is looking for a passionate Dutch-speaking Legal &amp; Regulatory Officer to strengthen and help further develop its legal and regulatory department at the group level. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, sustainable organization operating in the energy and telecom sectors.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Role Overview:</h3>As part of the Legal &amp; Regulatory team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on legal and compliance matters, working closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. <h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Profile:</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Master’s degree in Law.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Around 3 years of relevant experience in consumer and contract law, ideally as in-house counsel in the energy sector or another highly regulated environment.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong interest in the energy market and its key players and developments.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex legal concepts to diverse stakeholders.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proactive, detail-oriented, pragmatic, analytical, and results-focused.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Native Dutch speaker or fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English and/or French.</li></ul>
