Our client is an exclusive Haute Couture Maison headquartered in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced HR &amp; Admin Officer to lead operational HR functions. This hybrid role supports organizational development, daily HR operations, ensuring smooth internal workflows aligned with the brand’s couture standards. <h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Key Responsibilities</h3> Strategic HR &amp; Culture<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Advise leadership on HR policies, compliance, and organizational design.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead workforce planning, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify and address talent and engagement gaps.</li></ul>HR Operations<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage all HR processes including contracts, employee records, and the full visa cycle.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, liaising with PROs and government bodies (MOFA, DHA, GDRFA).</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Track attendance, leave, legal deadlines, and coordinate performance reviews.</li></ul>Finance Coordination<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Work closely with the accountant to oversee salary payments, reimbursements, and VAT filings.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor petty cash, vendor invoicing, and internal cost tracking.</li></ul>Production &amp; Showroom Admin<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Support internal showroom operations and align production schedules with logistics and procurement.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordinate with tailors, suppliers, and couriers (e.g., DHL) for order and delivery management.</li></ul>Organizational Support<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain centralized records across HR, finance, and legal functions.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordinate internal meetings, deadlines, and reporting for leadership.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.</li></ul>
