Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client recherche un(e) Demand Planner afin de piloter la planification de la demande et d’optimiser la performance de sa chaîne d’approvisionnement.En tant que Demand Planner, vous jouez un rôle central dans la prévision de la demande et la coordination entre les équipes commerciales et la supply chain. Vous êtes garant(e) de la fiabilité des prévisions et contribuez à une exécution opérationnelle fluide des activités.<hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Vos missions principales</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collecter, analyser et consolider les prévisions de demande issues de différents marchés et canaux</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Suivre la performance des prévisions, analyser les écarts et mettre en place des actions correctives</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Structurer et améliorer les processus de planification de la demande</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Être l’interlocuteur clé entre les équipes Sales et Supply Chain</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Animer les réunions de revue de la demande et assurer une communication fluide des risques et opportunités</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Piloter les plans saisonniers et les lancements de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et commerciales</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Anticiper et gérer les risques de surstock ou de rupture</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Gérer les allocations en cas de contraintes d’approvisionnement</li></ul><hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr"> Profil recherché</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Demand planning, idéalement dans le secteur alimentaire</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Expérience dans la gestion de volumes de données importants et environnements multi-canaux</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Niveau courant en anglais</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellentes capacités analytiques et de traitement des données</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Très bonnes compétences en communication et en coordination transverse</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Capacité à combiner vision stratégique et exécution opérationnelle</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4"> </h4>
