Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced accountant to support our clients across their complete financial lifecycle, from day-to-day transactions to strategic financial planning. In this role, you will work with dynamic scale-ups and innovative companies that value speed, precision, and forward-thinking financial management. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted financial partner and sparring partner for all accounting and financial flow matters. Unlike traditional back-office accounting, you will collaborate closely with CFOs and finance consultants, delivering tangible impact for clients who operate in fast-moving markets. Your work will span the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities—from routine entries to complex financial analysis—with the autonomy and variety that comes from serving multiple clients with different needs and growth trajectories.Key Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Handle full day-to-day accounting for multiple clients, including purchase entries, expense tracking, and balance sheet preparation</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Prepare monthly and yearly financial closings to enable CFOs and stakeholders to make timely decisions</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Create interim financial figures, annual accounts, and modern management reports tailored to client needs</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor and oversee invoicing, payments, and expense processing with critical attention to accuracy and compliance</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and other fiscal obligations in accordance with regulatory requirements</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop forecasts and cash planning analyses—critical tools for high-growth companies navigating rapid expansion</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Support clients during internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit-ready</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify opportunities to streamline and digitize financial processes, making workflows smarter and faster</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage your own client portfolio independently, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial advisory matters</li></ul>Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who combine technical accounting expertise with entrepreneurial mindset and interpersonal agility.
