Fiche de Poste – Responsable Achats Spécialisé : Lots Second ŒuvrePoste : Responsable Achats – Lots Second Œuvre Secteur : BTP Localisation : Casablanca Type de contrat : CDI<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Missions :</h3>Rattaché à la direction des achats, vous serez en charge de la gestion et de l’optimisation des achats pour les lots second œuvre, incluant :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">La sélection et la négociation avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour les lots : menuiserie, peinture, revêtements de sol, et éléments décoratifs.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">L’analyse des besoins en matériaux et prestations en collaboration avec les équipes travaux et conception.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">La gestion des appels d’offres, l’évaluation des propositions et la contractualisation des achats.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Le suivi des coûts, des délais et de la qualité des prestations fournies.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">La veille sur les innovations et les tendances du marché pour optimiser les choix techniques et financiers.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">L’optimisation des coûts et la gestion des risques liés aux achats.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr"> </h3>

<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Formation : Architecte ou Ingénieur en Génie Civil.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du BTP ou de la construction.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Compétences :</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maîtrise des processus d’achats et de négociation.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Connaissance approfondie des matériaux et des techniques liés aux lots second œuvre.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Capacité à analyser des offres techniques et financières.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bonne gestion des relations fournisseurs et sous-traitants.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail.</li></ul></li></ul>Langues : Français obligatoire, Vous êtes reconnu pour votre expertise technique et vos compétences en négociation ? n’hésitez pas à postuler en envoyant votre CV ainsi que vos disponibilités pour un premier entretien.
