Tribe Product Owner Data &amp; AI (Chief of Staff, Data Leadership)<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Orchestrate strategic alignment across 150+ data professionals and business stakeholders by bridging technical data teams with business units and mediating priorities, resources, and timelines.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Co-develop data &amp; AI strategy together with the VP Data &amp; AI, crafting compelling narratives that secure organizational buy-in and drive budget approval for data initiatives.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Drive operational cadence by managing long-term planning processes, overseeing workforce and budget allocations, facilitating regular QBRs, and coordinating leadership off-sites to keep initiatives on track.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Accelerate impact delivery by ensuring the right expertise is brought together promptly, enabling AI innovation to move efficiently from concept to realized business value.</li></ul>Scope &amp; Objectives:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Strategic Planning: Transform complex business needs into actionable data &amp; AI roadmaps that support company goals.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Stakeholder Management: Engage diverse stakeholders, mediate interests effectively, and maintain alignment on key projects and objectives.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Financial Analysis: Guide the allocation and tracking of resources to maximize ROI on data &amp; AI initiatives.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Board &amp; Meeting Management: Prepare content and manage cadence for senior leadership meetings and workshops.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Leadership &amp; People Management: Coordinate collaborative work across cross-functional teams and help set the tempo for team effectiveness.</li></ul>Languages used daily: English (fluent); Dutch and French (business level are a plus).
