Main Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Oversee end-to-end accounting processes from daily bookkeeping to monthly and yearly closings, focusing on the General Ledger (GL).</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Manage cost accounting and fund accounting tasks related to pension funds in collaboration with two team members specialized in these areas.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Participate in regular team meetings, frequently held in Dutch, and work with documentation often provided in Dutch. Full bilingualism is not required, but strong comprehension of Dutch is important.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Contribute to a mid-sized team (8 people) where French and Dutch are the primary working languages.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Deliver prompt and accurate support on financial closings without the need for extensive onboarding or training, leveraging prior experience in a fiduciary environment or similar accounting roles.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Coordinate with colleagues, share knowledge, and support collective goals in a flexible, people-oriented PME atmosphere.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="7">Work primarily between 9:00 and 17:00, benefiting from partial remote work (up to three days per week), with easy access by public transport (no parking provided).</li></ul>Remuneration and Benefits:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Salary dependent on experience, with a maximum of €4,500 gross monthly and meal vouchers of €8/day.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Additional fixed expenses allowance, group and hospitalisation insurance, pension fund contributions, reimbursement of public transport at 100%.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">25 holiday days plus the possibility of 10 extra days and a 13th month.</li></ul>The role supports growth and development within a human-scale, collaborative environment, where familiarity with both French and Dutch is highly valued to engage with team discussions and documentation.
