We are actively looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join a large &amp; diversified conglomerate headquartered in the UAE. With operations spanning multiple industries and entities, the organisation is committed to strong governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to join a well-established &amp; respected business, working closely with senior management and stakeholders across the group. <h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Role &amp; Responsibilities</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Internal Audit team, ensuring timely delivery of the risk-based audit plan.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Evaluate and improve internal controls, risk management, and governance processes in line with international internal auditing standards.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Review and approve audit work, provide guidance, and ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with policies and procedures.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop and implement audit programs, perform risk assessments, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with management, external auditors, and other assurance providers; report findings and monitor corrective actions.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Support the Head of Internal Audit in strategic planning, team development, and continuous enhancement of the IA function.</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4"> </h4>

<h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Profile Required</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) required</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit (senior level +) </li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Background in manufacturing, healthcare, contracting, or construction industries strongly preferred</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">BIG4 trained </li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">SAP experience will be considered as an advantage </li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Relocators will be considered for this role, if matching the main criteria, but people already based in the GCC will be considered first </li></ul>If you are an accomplished internal audit professional seeking a senior role within a dynamic and respected UAE-based group, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
