In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of critical accounting functions, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through precise financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Oversee accounts payable and receivable</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain fixed asset records and manage depreciation</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with labor laws</li></ul> Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Saudi SOCPA and IFRS standards</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Conduct variance analysis versus budgets and forecasts</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Deliver financial insights and management reports to support business decisions</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Perform general ledger account reconciliations</li></ul> Regulatory Compliance &amp; Taxation<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure compliance with all Saudi financial regulations, including VAT, Zakat, and WHT</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Prepare and submit accurate statutory filings and tax returns</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits</li></ul> Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assist in preparing the annual budget and regular forecasts</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor budget performance and suggest efficiency improvements</li></ul> Project Accounting<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Track project costs and revenues with precision</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Produce financial reports for individual projects</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure accounting compliance at the project level</li></ul>

Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in Saudi Arabia</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">A hands-on and relevant exposure to IFRS, and ideally IFRS16</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Applicants with an experience in Saudi SOCPA, IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and local financial regulations will be considered as a priority </li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory </li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work in a multinational group &nbsp;</li></ul>
