Dans ce rôle clé, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle locatif, depuis la mise en location jusqu’au suivi administratif des dossiers. Vous organisez les visites, analysez et sélectionnez les candidatures locataires, et assurez la bonne coordination des états des lieux d’entrée et de sortie.Vous gérez également les aspects administratifs liés aux locations (constitution et suivi des dossiers, mise à jour des données) et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, commerciales et service après-vente afin de garantir la qualité et la conformité des biens proposés à la location.Le profil recherché Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier à orientation immobilière ou administrative et justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience en gestion locative.
