Primary Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">IT Project Execution: Analyze functional specifications, execute IT projects within defined budgets and timelines, perform code reviews, and manage releases.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Development: Create or adapt programs aligned with established standards and ensure quality through thorough testing.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of work performed.</li></ul>Application Maintenance:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage and resolve incoming tickets related to assigned applications, addressing bugs and recurring issues.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Propose and implement approved enhancements to improve performance.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain up-to-date user and technical documentation.</li></ul>User Support:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Define and meet service availability and response time requirements.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop support protocols, including escalation processes.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide training and assistance to optimize application usage.</li></ul>General Contributions:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify opportunities to reduce applications' Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate effectively with IT and business teams to align efforts with organizational goals.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Report progress on tasks, participate actively in team meetings, and contribute to knowledge sharing.</li></ul>

Hard Skills:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Educational background in IT or equivalent experience.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Professional experience:</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Junior: At least 2 years.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Senior: At least 5 years.</li></ul></li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Language proficiency: English and either Dutch or French (additional languages are a plus).</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Technical expertise in AS400 IBM/I, DB2, RPG IV/ILE, Free RPG, Service Programs, CL, DFU, RLU, MQ, SQL, and SDA.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and understand their processes.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Resilience under pressure with a structured and deadline-focused approach.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (certification is an advantage).</li></ul>
