Objectif du poste : Fournir des conseils techniques de première ligne aux comptes directs, aux clients industriels et de transport, ainsi qu'à la force de vente de l’entreprise sur l'utilisation du portefeuille de lubrifiants afin d'exploiter au mieux les attributs techniques des produits et services de l'entreprise pour un avantage commercial, et résoudre tout problème technique. Responsabilités :<ol class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ol1"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Soutenir et établir un partenariat technique avec les principaux comptes directs (gold et platinum) :</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fournir un support technique de première ligne aux clients et au personnel de vente.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Spécifier correctement les produits appropriés à utiliser pour des applications spécifiques.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Préparer des audits d'usine / équipement clients, des enquêtes sur la lubrification, des audits de rationalisation des produits.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fournir des conseils en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Soutenir et agir conjointement avec le spécialiste marketing local</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"></li></ul></li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et des bénéfices :</li></ol><ol class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ol1"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ventes locales et les comptes mondiaux.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Favoriser les opportunités de vente croisée / ascendante.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Référez les problèmes techniques complexes.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Développer et fournir une formation appropriée.</li></ul></li></ol> Principaux défis :<ol class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ol1"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Équilibrer les exigences techniques avec les pressions commerciales.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Travailler avec un portefeuille de produits réduit tout en répondant aux attentes des clients.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">S'engager personnellement, équilibrer son apprentissage de la part d'autres personnes en interne.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Avoir la capacité de distiller des informations complexes et de les communiquer de manière claire et concise.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Gérer les relations avec les principaux clients et leurs parties prenantes.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Obtenir des résultats - responsabilité.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Compétence en résolution de problèmes, bonnes compétences en prise de décision.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Capable de maintenir un grand nombre de contacts.</li></ol>

Qualifications et Expériences :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"> Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Bachelor en ingénierie, chimie ou domaines techniques équivalents.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"> 2 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un environnement technique similaire.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"> Excellentes capacités d'analyse technique et de développement de solutions.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"> Aptitude à établir et à renforcer les relations avec les clients.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem"> Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit, à l'oral et à l'auditif.</li></ul>
