Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de vastgoedsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Adviseur Vastgoedinvesteringen. In deze commerciële functie begeleid je particuliere investeerders bij de aankoop van investeringsvastgoed en bouw je duurzame klantenrelaties op.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Jouw verantwoordelijkheden</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je adviseert klanten bij de aankoop van investeringsvastgoed in voornamelijk Brussel en Antwerpen.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je beheert het volledige commerciële traject, van eerste contact tot de succesvolle afronding van het dossier.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je benadert potentiële klanten, plant afspraken in en begeleidt hen tijdens het volledige aankoopproces.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en biedt professioneel advies rond vastgoedinvesteringen en de uitbouw van hun beleggingsportefeuille.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je werkt nauw samen met het interne administratieve team, dat instaat voor de operationele ondersteuning van jouw dossiers.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je vertrekt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Brussel, maar bent voornamelijk actief op de baan om klanten en prospecten te ontmoeten.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Jouw profiel</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit het opbouwen van nieuwe klantenrelaties.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent resultaatgericht, ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert eveneens goed binnen een team.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en bent bereid je agenda aan te passen aan de beschikbaarheid van klanten.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Een BIV-erkenning (IPI) als vastgoedmakelaar is een sterke troef.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Aanbod</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Een uitdagende commerciële functie binnen een dynamische en groeiende organisatie.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Veel autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Extra incentives die jouw commerciële resultaten belonen.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">De ondersteuning van een professioneel en ervaren intern team.</li></ul>
