<h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2">Your role</h2>Eager to join our Technology team?Being a Functional analyst at this innovative company includes:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Making functional analysis of projects and change requests and determining the scope of&nbsp;complex development projects.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Being the&nbsp;liaison officer&nbsp;between key users and different stakeholders in the project teams.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Working out&nbsp;process analyses&nbsp;and business processes, together with your business counterparts.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Taking&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;of the different projects within Mobile Vikings assigned to you.&nbsp;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assisting&nbsp;in the production of documentation and manuals for projects and components you are involved in.</li></ul><h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2">Your main responsibilities are</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">To deliver functional analyses of&nbsp;projects and change requests.&nbsp;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">To thoroughly perform&nbsp;business and process analyses.&nbsp;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">To be a&nbsp;project lead, delivering the required level of quality and following our project management governance. This might involve chasing other team members to live up to their commitments.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">To take up&nbsp;hands-on and pragmatic ownership&nbsp;for analyses within Mobile Vikings that are assigned to you, including decision-making when there might be multiple options.&nbsp;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Follow up&nbsp;and&nbsp;support&nbsp;the projects and change requests within your responsibility</li></ul>

<h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2">Because you're the one</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who has a bachelor or master degree or equivalent work experience for at least a few years.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who has experience with domain modeling and Domain-Driven Design.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who knows&nbsp;UML and BPMN.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who has a&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;and pragmatic way of working</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who knows how software is written and can work closely together with developers.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who has strong&nbsp;analytical skills, with a strong sense of both analysis and synthesis.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who has a good knowledge of agile project management and knows how to create vertical slices.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who shows strong interpersonal skills, is a strong team player and is capable of convincing others.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who isn’t afraid of&nbsp;taking decisions&nbsp;and chasing others.</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who stands for&nbsp;efficiency, flexibility and autonomy.</li><li value="11" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who isn’t afraid of taking initiatives and thinking outside one’s role.</li><li value="12" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Who, after reading all this, says “This is it!</li></ul>
