We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Client company in Dubai.In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop reports and dashboards and manage BI tolls &amp; systemsAs a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization. Education:o Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.o Microsoft Power BI certification is required.2. Experience:o At least 8 years of experience in data analytics and reporting, with a focus on creating interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.o Proficiency in data interpretation and visualization to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.o Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.o Hands-on experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).o Expertise in data visualization best practices and emerging trends.o Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.o Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with a wide range of internal stakeholders.o A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.o Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS Redshift and Azure Data Factory.o Familiarity with data analysis programming languages such as Python or R is an advantage.o Understanding of data architecture principles, including data lakes and virtualized environments, to ensure robust data governance.3. Communication &amp; Collaboration:o Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams and translating business needs into actionable analytical solutions.4. Adaptability:o Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and techniques in the dynamic field of data engineering and analytics.5. Project Management:o Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, balancing deadlines and priorities while collaborating with various teams.
