This individual will provide strategic legal support primarily in construction law, public-private partnerships (DBFM) and corporate governance. The role also offers exposure to other legal domains including GDPR, insurance, IT, public procurement, and employment law.Key Responsibilities<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Advise on corporate legal matters and corporate governance.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide legal support on construction law and public-private partnership issues, including assistance in contract negotiations.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and legal documents across multiple legal areas.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Help shape and grow the internal legal community by streamlining processes and encouraging knowledge sharing.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contribute to the design and implementation of legal risk management strategies.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Take part in internal and external working groups and professional networks.</li></ul>
