<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">We are looking for a skilled&nbsp;Cybersecurity Systems Engineer&nbsp;with hands-on experience in managing and evolving&nbsp;Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR&nbsp;platforms in a regulated banking environment. This role focuses on maintaining platform reliability, managing incidents and alerts, developing integrations, and leading tool migrations and infrastructure enhancements.</h3><hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">System Uptime &amp; Reliability Ensure the&nbsp;Cortex XSOAR platform&nbsp;is fully operational and meets performance and availability targets across banking operations.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Incident and Alert Response Monitor, triage, and resolve security alerts and incidents through XSOAR playbooks and manual investigation, ensuring timely response and resolution.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Custom Development &amp; Integration Develop custom scripts (e.g., Python) and integrations to enhance XSOAR’s interoperability with internal tools, threat intelligence feeds, and third-party platforms.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Platform Migration &amp; Infrastructure Design Lead the migration of&nbsp;XSOAR from version 6 to version 8, including building and deploying a&nbsp;new infrastructure&nbsp;to support updated architecture, automation flows, and enterprise scaling requirements.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Operational Optimization Collaborate with security analysts and IT teams to continuously improve automated response playbooks, reduce false positives, and streamline SOC operations.</li></ul>

<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">3–7 years of experience in systems engineering roles, and Cybersecurity Knowledge, ideally in financial services or similarly regulated sectors.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong expertise in&nbsp;Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR&nbsp;including playbook development, custom integrations, and module configuration.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficient in scripting (Python preferred) and automation design.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Solid understanding of Linux-based systems, networking fundamentals, and SIEM/SOAR concepts.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Familiarity with incident response processes and SOC workflows.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience with infrastructure deployment and tool migration projects.</li></ul>
