We are looking for a&nbsp;Sales Manager&nbsp;for one of our clients, a leader in the energy sector, specializing in power transformers and generation pads.They provide cutting-edge solutions to the utilities market and are committed to driving innovation in energy management. Role Overview:&nbsp;We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dynamic, and a true hunter, capable of identifying and seizing new business opportunities. This role is not suited for someone who is only comfortable maintaining existing accounts; we need a professional who can open doors and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the utilities market.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead and mentor a sales team of 3 in the US and 2 in Europe.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Travel extensively to meet clients and explore new markets.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide market insights and feedback to the management team.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.</li></ul>
