Missions:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide tailored corporate advice and innovative solutions to major entities;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Drafting corporate documents and supervising files and transactions;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Negotiating with counterparts and leading calls;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contributing to department know-how and developing precedent documents;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">....</li></ul>

Your Profile:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Master's degree in Law from an European University.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Qualified member of the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or you have attended the CCDL.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 6 years of experience in the Corporate/M&amp;A department of a reputable law firm.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent drafting and communication skills.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficiency in English.
