Position Summary:Join a high-impact finance environment as a Fund Accounting Manager, where you’ll play a leading role in overseeing fund operations and ensuring the seamless administration of investment vehicles. This role provides the opportunity to guide critical accounting processes and contribute strategically to the management of complex funds in a dynamic and rewarding setting.Main Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Fund Operations Management:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="1">Direct daily fund accounting operations, including net asset value (NAV) calculations, investor allocations, and fund expenses management.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="2">Coordinate investment transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation with custodians, administrators, and investment partners.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="3">Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls within fund operations.</li></ul></li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Financial Reporting and Reconciliation:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="1">Prepare and oversee accurate and timely financial statements, period-end reports, and investor communications for all managed funds.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="2">Lead the reconciliation of portfolio activity and cash flows, ensuring data integrity across systems and records.</li></ul></li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">General Accounting Oversight:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="1">Supervise the maintenance of fund general ledgers and journals, supporting month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="2">Assist in the implementation of updated accounting policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li></ul></li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Investment Banking Support:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="1">Collaborate with investment banking teams on fund launches, capital calls, and strategic initiatives impacting fund structure and performance reporting.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="2">Support due diligence, valuations, and transaction processes relevant to fund investments and corporate actions.</li></ul></li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Audit and Compliance Coordination:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="1">Support preparation and management of internal and external audit activities related to fund portfolios.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem" value="2">Maintain comprehensive documentation supporting audit planning, control frameworks, and regulatory filings.</li></ul></li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Expertise in fund accounting, with hands-on experience managing fund structures and accounting close processes.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Advanced financial reporting capabilities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency in deliverables.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Proven ability in robust reconciliation of securities, derivatives, and cash across multiple investment vehicles.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Sound general ledger management experience within investment or asset management settings.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Familiarity with audit planning and execution, particularly in the context of fund investment structures.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Full professional proficiency in English.</li></ul>This position offers a stimulating pathway for fund accounting professionals to take ownership over fund operations, facilitate high-value financial processes, and contribute to the long-term growth and excellence of a leading finance team.
