The successful candidate will be the finance lead for the entire project.The position offers the chance to operate at the heart of a dynamic, fast-moving business and take ownership of all financial aspects of a strategic &amp; high-visibility project with reputable stakeholders.<hr>Key Responsibilities<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Own all financial matters for a new project entity.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Act as the main finance counterpart to Project Directors and leadership teams.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead project accounting activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 and revenue recognition standards.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasts, and budgeting.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Be a key contributor in setting up and implementing best practices in financial controls and governance.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Drive collaboration across departments to ensure transparency and financial discipline.</li></ul><hr> <hr>

Requirements<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) is mandatory</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">People coming straight from BIG4 (Assistant Manager level and +)</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Deep hands-on knowledge of IFRS standards </li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proven expertise in technical accounting and IFRS 15/revenue recognition.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience in project accounting or finance within a project-driven environment.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you’ll be the face of finance for this project.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">North American or European experience is a strong plus.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi with immediate or max 30 days’ notice.</li></ul><hr>What’s on Offer<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">The opportunity to be a core finance leader on a flagship project</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fast-paced, high-impact environment with career-defining exposure</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Join a leading group </li></ul>
