Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client, acteur reconnu dans le secteur de la construction, recherche un(e) BIM Modeler afin de renforcer ses équipes projets.Mission Rattaché(e) aux équipes techniques, vous intervenez sur la modélisation et la coordination des projets, de la phase de conception jusqu’à l’exécution. Vous contribuez activement à la qualité, la fiabilité et la cohérence des maquettes numériques.Responsabilités<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Élaborer les maquettes numériques 3D (architecture, structure et/ou techniques) à l’aide d’outils BIM</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Mettre à jour les modèles en fonction de l’avancement des projets et garantir leur qualité</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer aux processus de coordination BIM (détection des conflits, synthèse technique)</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Produire les plans d’exécution à partir des maquettes</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Veiller au respect des standards BIM internes ainsi que des exigences spécifiques aux projets</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer une collaboration fluide avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contribuer à l’optimisation et à l’évolution des méthodes et outils BIM</li></ul>Profil recherché<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Formation en construction, architecture ou ingénierie</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Une première expérience (ou plus) en modélisation BIM dans le secteur de la construction</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maîtrise des outils suivants :</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Revit (indispensable)</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Navisworks et/ou Solibri (atout)</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">AutoCAD</li></ul></li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bonne compréhension des processus constructifs</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et attention aux détails</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Esprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités de communication</li></ul>
