Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Design, install, configure, and maintain MySQL database systems in OCI and GCP environments.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Perform regular database performance tuning and optimization.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor and ensure the availability and integrity of database systems.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with other team members to design and implement database solutions for FinTech applications.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure compliance with database security policies and best practices.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide guidance and support to developers on database-related matters.</li></ul>

Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">5+ years of experience as a MySQL DBA.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong understanding of database architecture and principles.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience with database security best practices.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">In-depth knowledge of MySQL database architecture, configuration, and administration on platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), GCP, and Azure.</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.</li><li value="11" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul>
