Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Federal Authority Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on leading and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-level roles within financial services, asset management, and banking. The position plays a key role in driving Emiratization initiatives and building a robust employer brand in line with federal mandates.<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Lead recruitment and selection processes for senior and executive positions, especially within financial functions, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that support Emiratization goals and attract high-caliber professionals from local and international markets.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, optimizing service agreements to ensure high-quality talent pipelines and cost-effective solutions.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the Authority as an employer of choice within the financial sector.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, align recruitment plans, and influence decision-making through strategic talent insights.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Ensure compliance with employment law and federal recruitment policies throughout the hiring process.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="7">Support broader HR operations and participate in change management initiatives linked to new talent programs or organizational transformation.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="8">Conduct senior-level interviews and provide guidance on assessment methodologies and selection criteria.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="9">Deliver clear communications and talent updates to senior leadership in both English and Arabic as required.</li></ul>This role requires extensive managerial experience and expertise in talent acquisition within financial, banking, or asset management sectors, ensuring the Federal Authority attracts and retains top-tier professionals.
