Location: Brussels Contract: Permanent (CDI, no freelance)<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Lead and mentor a team of experienced security experts, ensuring alignment and continuous development within the team.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Drive third-party risk management and business continuity initiatives, maintaining robust processes for assessing and monitoring external risks.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Act as a trusted advisor to key business and IT stakeholders, providing insights on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Take ownership of security-related tools and processes; guarantee compliance with industry standards, including ISO 27001 and GDPR, and oversee accurate security and incident reporting.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Shape and contribute to a multi-year security roadmap in close cooperation with the Chief Security Officer, supporting the organization's long-term objectives.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Oversee identity &amp; access management practices and security operations center activities, ensuring effective endpoint security management.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="7">Ensure all security controls and documentation are maintained and continually improved to meet evolving DORA and ISO 27K requirements.</li></ul>Requires professional communication skills in English and either French or Dutch.
