Voor één van onze klanten, een gerenommeerde klasse 8 bouwonderneming actief in grootschalige bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Fleet Manager.In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch en operationeel beheer van een wagenpark van ongeveer 150 bedrijfswagens. Je maakt deel uit van het HR-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Director.<h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Jouw verantwoordelijkheden</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coördineren van de aankoop, leasing en verkoop van voertuigen.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Behoeften analyseren in samenwerking met de verschillende afdelingen.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Selecteren en onderhandelen met leveranciers en leasingpartners.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opvolgen van de vervanging en afstoting van voertuigen.</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identificeren van optimalisatie- en besparingsmogelijkheden.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Beheren van het fleetbudget en bewaken van de kosten.</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Organiseren en opvolgen van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Beheren van schadegevallen, verzekeringsdossiers en opvolging van ongevallen.</li></ul><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Waken over de naleving van de geldende regelgeving rond bedrijfsvoertuigen.</li></ul> <h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Jouw profiel</h2>✔ Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring✔Je bent communicatief en tweetalig Frans en Nederlands ✔ Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen fleet management of een leasingmaatschappij ✔ Je bent vertrouwd met digitale HRIS- en fleetmanagementtools voor het beheer en de opvolging van een wagenpark. Ervaring met Mpleo is een belangrijke meerwaarde. ✔ Sterke kennis van de wetgeving rond bedrijfswagens en mobiliteitsbudgetten ✔ Analytisch ingesteld met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen ✔ Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht ✔ Service-minded en communicatief sterk<h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2"> </h2>
