<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">About the Role</h3>Gentis Group is seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead content initiatives across our four key brands: Gentis, Homini, Wiggli, and Gentis Academy. This role is pivotal in shaping our voice, strengthening our market presence, and delivering value-driven content tailored to recruiters and, secondarily, job seekers in the talent and staffing industry.You will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and production to distribution and performance tracking—while ensuring each brand's identity is distinct, engaging, and aligned with our group mission.<hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Key Responsibilities</h3><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Content Strategy &amp; Planning</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop and own a comprehensive content calendar for all four brands.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Create and execute multi-channel content strategies targeting recruiters and jobseekers.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Align content with business goals, brand positioning, and audience insights.</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Content Creation &amp; Execution</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Generate high-impact content ideas and lead the creation and repurposing of materials across our brands, covering topics like industry trends, hiring tips, legal insights, surveys, and more.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand-specific voice across platforms and formats.&nbsp;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Source and coordinate a team of freelancers for design, copywriting, podcast editor to ensure high-quality content production.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Deliverable</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">2 newsletters per month per brand (total of 8/month)</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">3 social media posts per week per brand on Linkedin and Meta</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">2 Employee advocacy specific content per week per brand on Linkedin</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Organic job offer advertising on Meta and TikTok</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">2 podcasts per month and snippets production</li></ul></li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Podcast Content Management</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage the editorial calendar and content distribution for “Le Mouton à Cinq Pattes”, our signature podcast.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate on episode themes, guest selection, and publishing timelines.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Generate snippets of each episode :&nbsp;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Social media clips (30–90 sec highlights for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok)</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Visual quotes or audiograms with captions</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Transcription-based pull quotes for carousels or blog posts</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Newsletter teasers linking to full episodes</li></ul></li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Employee Advocacy Program</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage the employee advocacy strategy across all brands.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Generate ready-to-share content for employees to publish on their own networks (especially LinkedIn).</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Establish and maintain posting cadences, ensuring timely distribution across the team.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Track and analyze the impact and ROI of employee-driven content initiatives.</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">SEO &amp; Analytics</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Leverage SEO best practices to boost content visibility and engagement.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor and report on content performance across platforms.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Continuously optimize content based on analytics, audience feedback, and trends.</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Community Engagement</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to gather insights and ensure messaging aligns with audience needs.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Foster community interaction through engaging content formats like polls, videos, carousels, and Q&amp;A. </li></ul>
