Customer Success Manager – Clinical Partnerships<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Lead strategic check-ins with medical practice partners to ensure alignment on objectives, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for enhancement.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Drive adoption of Meroka’s operational, financial, and technology-enabled tools by analyzing each clinic’s needs and recommending tailored solutions.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Manage a portfolio of clinic accounts, maintaining oversight of engagement milestones, satisfaction, and progress toward business goals.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Act as a primary advisor to clinic staff and providers, offering actionable insights, sharing best practices, and outlining next steps for sustainable growth.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to channel clinic feedback into ongoing product and service innovations.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Utilize Meroka dashboards and operational data to conduct performance analysis, identify operational bottlenecks, and surface emerging clinic needs.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="7">Present value-added service opportunities by aligning proposed enhancements with the unique objectives and workflows of each clinical partner.</li></ul>Success in this role involves:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Applying deep experience in account management and client relationship management within growing or agile environments, especially where healthcare is an asset.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Engaging confidently in stakeholder communication, from front-desk personnel to physician-owners, using a consultative and solution-driven approach.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Executing data analysis, performance analysis, and performance monitoring to deliver impactful insights and support continuous improvement.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Balancing multiple priorities while providing reliable, proactive client support that drives adoption and value for clinical partners.</li></ul>
