Notre client est un bureau d’études spécialisé en techniques du bâtiment intervenant sur des projets variés et multidisciplinaires : résidentiels, tertiaires, industriels et projets mixtes.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Votre mission</h3>En tant que Responsable / Conseiller PEB, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle des projets, depuis les phases d’étude et de conception jusqu’à la réception des bâtiments.<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer le suivi PEB complet des projets (résidentiels, tertiaires, industriels, etc.).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer activement à la conception énergétique des bâtiments et à l’optimisation de leurs performances.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes, ingénieurs, installateurs et maîtres d’ouvrage afin d’intégrer les exigences énergétiques dès les premières phases de conception.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Veiller au respect des réglementations PEB et accompagner les équipes projet dans leur mise en application.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Réaliser ou superviser les encodages et études énergétiques nécessaires au suivi des dossiers.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Apporter votre expertise technique aux équipes internes et participer au partage de connaissances.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Suivre les évolutions réglementaires et technologiques afin de proposer des solutions innovantes et durables.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Votre profil</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous disposez de la certification Responsable PEB ou Conseiller PEB (Région wallonne et/ou Bruxelles).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la performance énergétique des bâtiments.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des techniques du bâtiment : enveloppe, matériaux, isolation, ventilation, chauffage, etc.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous maîtrisez les logiciels et outils d’encodage PEB ainsi que les outils bureautiques courants.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur technique, votre esprit d’analyse et votre sens de la communication.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif et les interactions avec différents intervenants du secteur de la construction.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">L’offre</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Un poste à responsabilités au sein d’un bureau d’études reconnu et en croissance.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">La possibilité de travailler sur des projets variés et techniquement stimulants.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Un environnement de travail collaboratif, favorisant le développement des compétences.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Une rémunération attractive, en lien avec votre expérience et vos responsabilités.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Des opportunités de formation continue afin de rester à la pointe des évolutions du secteur.</li></ul>
