Senior Robotics Project Leader (GMP Automation)<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead and coordinate robotics automation projects in a GMP-regulated environment, with a focus on large-scale implementation and integration.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Supervise and oversee subcontractors to ensure high standards, timely delivery, and compliance with internal and external regulations.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Author, manage, and maintain GMP documentation, ensuring all technical records, validation protocols, and reports meet regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Investigate and troubleshoot automation issues related to hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime and robust process performance.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Apply project management and contract management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets within a cross-functional team.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordinate tasks related to security systems and ensure process safety and compliance at all project stages.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Optionally contribute expertise in PLC or SCADA system programming (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware), as well as MES and CMMS systems for parallel automation tasks.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Conduct process development and optimization activities, working in close collaboration with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and technology transfer.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional national language is valued for effective team integration.</li></ul>This is a long-term position focused on driving advanced robotics automation projects in compliance-driven industrial settings.
