In their legal department, they are looking for new legal counsel to work on a new and exciting project. The job : <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Advise on complex contracts and structures in areas such as trade finance, real estate and government grants.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Create and update loan and guarantee documents.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Draft model contracts.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain regular contact with internal and external clients, including lawyers and government authorities.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage legal disputes, often in collaboration with external advisors.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Apply internal policies and participate in working groups within ING and external organizations.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify and manage legal risks.</li></ul>
