Dans cette fonction, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion et l’optimisation des actifs, avec une forte dimension commerciale, financière et de négociation.Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international offrant une grande autonomie, où la prise d’initiative et l’orientation résultats sont particulièrement valorisées.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr"> Vos responsabilités</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Gérer un portefeuille d'actifs commerciaux à Bruxelles et en Wallonie.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des propriétaires et bailleurs.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Préparer et mener les négociations de baux, renouvellements et conditions locatives.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Renégocier les loyers et optimiser les conditions financières du portefeuille.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Analyser les performances commerciales des points de vente afin de construire vos argumentaires de négociation.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer le suivi des contrats de location sur l’ensemble de leur cycle de vie.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identifier les opportunités permettant d’améliorer la rentabilité des actifs immobiliers.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes : propriétaires, prestataires, équipes opérationnelles, etc.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie immobilière.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Votre profil</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor ou Master en immobilier, gestion immobilière, économie, finance, droit ou dans un domaine similaire.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Français courant indispensable, et une bonne compréhension du néerlandais est un réel atout.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous disposez idéalement de 1 à 7 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier, l’Asset Management, le Lease Management, le Property Management ou l’immobilier commercial.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes avant tout un profil commercial, analytique et orienté résultats.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes structuré, autonome, pragmatique et doté d’un excellent sens relationnel.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">💼 L’offre</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contrat CDI / employé.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fonction à forte responsabilité au sein d’un portefeuille immobilier d’envergure.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Environnement international et dynamique.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Grande autonomie dans la gestion de votre portefeuille.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fonction combinant immobilier, négociation, analyse financière et stratégie.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Package salarial et avantages extralégaux attractifs.</li></ul>
