For our client, a reputed law firm, we are looking for a Counsel in Banking &amp; Finance. Missions:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Handling files form A to Z in banking and finance related matters.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Being in direct contact with the clients (mainly for real estate companies but also for national and international corporate clients, banks, private equity and venture capital investors, hedge funds and other financial institutions).</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participating in challenging cross-border matters, hand-in-hand with the team members.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Advising a wide range of clients on all banking and finance matters (secured lending, structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, fund finance, assets finance,...).</li></ul>
