Position: Hotel Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting to: General Manager/Owner Property Type: Luxurious Hotel Key Responsibilities: <ol class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ol1"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Operational Management:</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service across all departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, etc.).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor and improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.</li></ul></li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Staff Management:</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff to maintain excellent service standards.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Motivate staff to achieve performance targets and ensure a positive work environment.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or training as needed.</li></ul></li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Customer Service:</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Address and resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Foster a guest-centric culture, ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop initiatives to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat business.</li></ul></li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Financial Management:</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Oversee revenue management, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management or owners.</li></ul></li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Sales and Marketing:</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and ways to improve revenue.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure the hotel is marketed effectively across all channels, both online and offline.</li></ul></li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Facility Management:</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem PlaygroundEditorTheme__nestedListItem"><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the hotel to ensure facilities are in good condition.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure the hotel meets all legal and regulatory requirements.</li></ul></li></ol>

Qualifications:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions quickly.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Knowledge of hotel management software and relevant industry regulations.</li></ul>
