Our client, a leading player in the areospace industry specialized in manufacturing is currently looking for a Financeal reporting Manager to join their team. Your functions will include: <ol class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ol1"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Compliance: Ensure all financial reports comply with industry-specific regulations and standards, as well as legal and tax requirements in the aerospace sector.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts, and track performance against these financial plans.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Audit Support: Coordinate and facilitate financial audits by external auditors, and address any audit findings and recommendations.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of financial analysts and reporting specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and performance.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Communication: Effectively communicate financial results and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding of the company's financial health.</li></ol>

<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial reporting experience in the aerospace industry.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong knowledge of aerospace industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with experience in using advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Exceptional communication and presentation skills.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li></ul>
