<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Votre mission</h3>Dans le cadre de son développement, un acteur reconnu du secteur de la construction résidentielle recherche un·e Conducteur·rice de chantier.Vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des projets de construction, depuis la préparation jusqu’à la réception des travaux, en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité.<hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Vos responsabilités</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer la gestion complète des chantiers de construction (maisons individuelles principalement)</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordonner les différents intervenants (sous-traitants, fournisseurs, équipes internes)</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Planifier et suivre l’avancement des travaux</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Veiller au respect des normes de qualité, sécurité et environnement</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contrôler les budgets et optimiser les coûts</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Être l’interlocuteur principal du client tout au long du chantier</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Anticiper et résoudre les problématiques techniques</li></ul><hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Votre profil</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Formation en construction (bachelier ou ingénieur) ou expérience équivalente</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Expérience confirmée en conduite de chantier, idéalement en résidentiel</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bon sens de l’organisation et des priorités</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellentes compétences relationnelles et leadership terrain</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Capacité à travailler de manière autonome</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maîtrise des outils informatiques liés à la fonction</li></ul><hr><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">L’offre</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Un poste clé avec des responsabilités variées</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Un environnement de travail dynamique et structuré</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Des projets diversifiés dans le secteur résidentiel</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Une rémunération attractive en fonction de votre expérience</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Package complet incluant des avantages extra-légaux</li></ul><hr>Si vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement stable, avec une réelle autonomie et un impact concret sur vos projets, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.
