&nbsp;Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to manage the assigned contracts and ensure that the company and its contractors fulfill their obligations under these contracts.Provides – in the field – for the administration of all contracts on a project with respect to:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Filing and correspondence.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Payments.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Control of claims and backcharges</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Correspondance and contractual notices</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">PROLOG use and administration, or other systems as required.</li></ul> Main Scope: <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participates in setting assignment objectives and plans own task schedule to satisfyobjectives;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industrypractices and standards to perform work .</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordinates or performs contract administration tasks related to monitoring compliance,performance, and progress. Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific contractsproblems and may provide assistance in claims research.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provides for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with companypolicies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Implements contract modifications, data management and coordination withsubcontractors</li></ul>

Job Profile:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Degree in Engineering (Master's or Bachelor's) with project experience preferred.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum of 6 years' experience in managing large contracts, preferably in the industry or civil engineering sector.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficiency in English is an asset for effective communication with all stakeholders.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately within specified deadlines.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Demonstrated negotiation skills for advantageous contractual terms.</li></ul>&nbsp;If your profile aligns with this role, feel free to apply directly via the "Apply" button.Also, I encourage you to share this job opportunity within your networks, as there may be interested individuals in your circle.
