Voor een toonaangevende algemene aannemer klasse 8, gevestigd in Brussel en actief in prestigieuze projecten (residentieel, tertiair en industrieel), zijn wij op zoek naar een Aankoper om het aankoopteam te versterken. <h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Jouw verantwoordelijkheden</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Beheren van het volledige aankoopproces voor bouwprojecten (materialen, onderaannemingen en diensten).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en meetstaten in samenwerking met project- en werfleiders.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opvragen, analyseren en vergelijken van offertes.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Onderhandelen over prijzen, levertermijnen en contractvoorwaarden met leveranciers en onderaannemers.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opvolgen van bestellingen en leveranciersprestaties tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Actief bijdragen aan kostenoptimalisatie en kwaliteitsbewaking.</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Jouw profiel</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor of master in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minstens enkele jaren ervaring als aankoper binnen de bouwsector (algemene aannemer).</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Goede kennis van bouwmaterialen, onderaannemingen en uitvoeringsmethodes.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en analytisch inzicht.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.</li></ul><h4 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h4" dir="ltr">Aanbod</h4><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Een sleutelrol binnen een stabiele en gerenommeerde klasse 8 aannemer.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Deelname aan grote en technisch uitdagende projecten in Brussel en omgeving.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Competitief salarispakket aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Professionele werkomgeving met ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling.</li></ul>
