Position OverviewThis senior role is focused on production engineering within a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on implementing and supporting Lean Manufacturing principles. The position is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, driving process enhancements, and ensuring seamless production output while upholding safety and quality standards.Primary Functions &amp; Responsibilities<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Lead and manage end-to-end production planning activities to ensure optimal use of resources and timely delivery of products.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Coordinate and supervise the production team, overseeing people management and fostering a collaborative work environment.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to streamline operations, minimize waste, and increase process efficiency throughout the production line.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Establish and maintain effective quality control systems, ensuring consistent product standards and adherence to regulations.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements designed to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Oversee machine safety systems across the facility, taking responsibility for compliance with safety protocols and risk mitigation measures.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="7">Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="8">Contribute technical expertise in electrical engineering to support interdisciplinary production projects as needed.</li></ul>Languages Used in Role<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Dutch</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">English</li></ul>
