They are looking for someone who can : <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage the SLA's</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participate in compliance audits and ensure that everybody is following the guidelines</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Work with multiples teams to define project scope, deliverables...</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify risk and implement the corrective measures</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with multiple departments</li></ul>

If you have : <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">5 years' experience in service delivery </li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience with ITIL environment</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience in managing project on a end-to-end basics</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Good communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience with MS office</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fluency English, French and/or Dutch</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">ITIL certification is a plus</li></ul>
