Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers, een toonaangevende speler binnen de vastgoedinvesteringsmarkt, zijn wij op zoek naar een Investment Manager.In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, analyseren en realiseren van nieuwe investeringsopportuniteiten. Je beheert het volledige acquisitieproces, van prospectie en eerste analyse tot de succesvolle afronding van de transactie. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere uitbouw van de investeringsstrategie en de groei van de vastgoedportefeuille.Deze functie is ideaal voor een ondernemende professional met sterke analytische vaardigheden, een uitgebreid netwerk binnen de vastgoedsector en een passie voor investeringen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden&nbsp;:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Actief opsporen van nieuwe investeringsopportuniteiten via je professionele netwerk, makelaars, adviseurs, rechtstreekse prospectie en marktonderzoek.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Evalueren van projecten op technisch, financieel, juridisch en commercieel vlak.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opstellen van haalbaarheidsstudies, businesscases en risicoanalyses.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Voorbereiden en presenteren van investeringsdossiers aan de interne besluitvormingsorganen.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coördineren van het volledige due diligence-proces in samenwerking met interne en externe experten.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bewaken van de voortgang van dossiers tot en met de closing.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Voeren van onderhandelingen met eigenaars, investeerders, overheden en andere stakeholders.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Structureren en succesvol afronden van vastgoedtransacties onder optimale voorwaarden.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opvolgen van de volledige investeringspipeline.</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Rapporteren over de voortgang van acquisities, analyses en nieuwe investeringsopportuniteiten aan het management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Jouw profiel&nbsp;:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Relevante ervaring binnen vastgoedinvesteringen, acquisities of investment management.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Uitgebreide kennis van de vastgoedmarkt en een sterk professioneel netwerk.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Aantoonbare ervaring met het onderhandelen en succesvol afsluiten van vastgoedtransacties.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een grondige kennis van financiële analyses, marktstudies en investeringsmodellen.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Goede kennis van de juridische, fiscale en reglementaire aspecten van vastgoedtransacties.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ervaring met risicoanalyses, haalbaarheidsstudies en het opstellen van businesscases.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proactieve en ondernemende ingesteldheid, gecombineerd met een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op lange termijn uit te bouwen.</li></ul>&nbsp;
