Strategic Growth &amp; Market Leadership</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop and execute a high-impact Business Development strategy tailored to Saudi Arabia’s national priorities.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify major opportunities within national transformation agendas, global conferences, economic forums, and Vision 2030 programs.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain a deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, geopolitical trends, regulatory updates, and senior-level government priorities.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">B. Senior Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Management</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Build trusted relationships with senior government figures, leadership offices, ministries, sovereign funds, and major corporate partners in Saudi Arabia.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Engage stakeholders with diplomacy and strategic advisory depth.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Shape impactful solutions aligned with national strategies, public-sector transformation goals, and investment agendas within the Kingdom.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">C. Pipeline Management &amp; Commercial Leadership</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead strategic bids, national initiatives, and flagship platforms across Saudi Arabia.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Craft influential commercial proposals using strategic storytelling and outcome-driven narratives.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Oversee commercial modeling, partnership structures, and profitability strategies.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure world-class proposal development and delivery.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">D. Candidate Profile</h2><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">A. Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">8–12+ years in Business Development, Consulting, Government Advisory, or Strategic Communications.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proven experience working with Saudi government stakeholders, leadership offices, sovereign entities, and major corporates.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong understanding of Saudi transformation programs, Vision 2030 initiatives, and national development priorities.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">B.
