We are actively looking for a : ➡ Team leader system Engineer linux / Devops ⬅ for one of our client based in Brussels (ONLY PERMANENT CONTRACT) What you'll be doing:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead, motivate and mentor the Linux team</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Intervene in unresolved issues and provide support to L2 engineers.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide training and technical support to junior system administrators</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Document and maintain standard operating procedures</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure follow-up of agreements with internal customers: service requests, incidents, problems, improvement plans and changes.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage Linux infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels (SLAs).</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Plan maintenance activities according to predefined "deployment requests" and exclude non-agreed production impacts.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Advise the IAAS Service Manager on future infrastructure investments to proactively maintain production.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Analyze and automate where possible.</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Project monitoring, adjustment and reporting to IAAS Service Manager.</li><li value="11" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.</li><li value="12" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify and acquire the resources needed to achieve project objectives.</li><li value="13" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.</li></ul>

Profil :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">You have at least 5 years' relevant experience in a Linux IT environment;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">A bachelor's degree in computer science is a plus;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">You have good oral and written communication skills, and good organizational skills.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">You are a motivated leader capable of working with a team of experts;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">You have in-depth knowledge of managing and configuring Linux environments (SAN, ESX, VMWare, core networks, backup, Linux OS, Rancher, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">You adopt a flexible attitude according to on-call services in our 24/7 activity context (+/- 1 in 6 weeks).</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">You have a very good command of Dutch and English.</li></ul>
