Dans le cadre de projets de construction d’envergure, vous intervenez dès la phase de conception afin de développer et de coordonner les aspects techniques des projets. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Développer le concept technique d’un projet de construction sur la base d’une étude de faisabilité, en tenant compte des spécifications liées au PAP, aux infrastructures, à l’architecture, aux exigences réglementaires, aux coûts ainsi qu’aux contraintes d’exécution ;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer une bonne coordination entre les différents intervenants ;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assurer la coordination interne avec l’ensemble des corps de métier du bâtiment et collaborer étroitement avec les différents partenaires du projet ;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Optimiser les méthodes de planification et les projets futurs ;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Veiller à la mise en œuvre des normes et standards internes ;</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer activement à la réalisation des objectifs définis dans le plan financier ;</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identifier et analyser les situations problématiques en collaboration avec les experts qualité, dans une démarche d’amélioration continue ;</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Apporter un soutien technique dans le cadre des demandes de prolongation de contrats ;</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer aux processus d’appels d’offres, notamment à l’analyse technique des dossiers ;</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer à la validation des offres complémentaires en collaboration avec les différents membres de l’équipe projet : coordinateur de chantier, économiste de la construction et contrôleur financier.</li></ul><h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Votre profil</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous disposez d’une formation d'Ingénieur ;</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous justifiez d’une expérience probante dans le domaine des études et/ou de la gestion technique de projets de construction ;</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des différentes phases d’un projet de construction ;</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous disposez de bonnes, voire très bonnes, compétences dans l’utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Word et Excel ;</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes attentif aux évolutions techniques et aux nouvelles méthodes de construction ;</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes organisé, structuré, consciencieux et orienté résultats.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes à l’aise pour formuler et recevoir des feedbacks constructifs ;</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d’équipe, votre sens de l’initiative, votre flexibilité et votre engagement ;</li></ul>
