Quality Specialist – Abu DhabiOverview This role works closely with the Quality Systems Manager to ensure compliance across policies, procedures, and standards. It involves analyzing quality-related data, supporting audit planning, and contributing to the effectiveness of the overall quality management system across operations.<hr>Key Responsibilities<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Support internal and external audit activities by assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Analyze audit findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Maintain and update documentation related to key business processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quality standards.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contribute to business reviews by preparing data analysis (including customer satisfaction insights) and tracking follow-up actions.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Gather and process quality-related metrics such as performance scorecards, non-conformance data, and other system inputs.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure the quality management system documentation is properly maintained, including procedures and process interactions.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Monitor document workflows, identify gaps or delays (e.g. overdue approvals or reviews), and follow up with stakeholders.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Coordinate with external auditors or certification bodies by providing required information in line with deadlines and standards.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Deliver or support training initiatives related to quality systems, including user onboarding, internal auditing, and problem-solving methodologies.</li></ul><hr>Profile &amp; Competencies<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong customer orientation with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and communicating clearly at different levels of the organization.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Solid understanding and practical use of quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, process audits, inspections, and capability analysis.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ability to manage timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure deliverables are met within agreed schedules.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Resilient mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and maintain performance under pressure.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Accountability-driven approach, taking ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Skilled in translating data into insights through reporting and visualization tools, enabling clear decision-making.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong communication skills, able to adapt messaging depending on the audience.</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Open-minded and respectful of different perspectives, contributing to an inclusive work environment.</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Exposure to or understanding of Quality 4.0 concepts, including digital quality systems, cloud-based platforms, and technologies such as simulation, digital twins, and connected ecosystems.</li></ul>
