Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Immobilien- und Bausektor suchen wir einen Ingenieur HVAC / Sanitär zur Verstärkung der technischen Abteilung.In dieser Position sind Sie in ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam eingebunden und verantworten die Planung sowie Entwicklung technischer Gebäudekonzepte – von der Studienphase bis zur Ausführung. Dabei stellen Sie eine reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten sicher. Ihre Aufgaben:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Planung und Entwicklung von HVAC- und Sanitärkonzepten</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Planung und Umsetzung</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Koordination der technischen Gewerke innerhalb der Projekte</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Teilnahme an Projekt- und Baustellenbesprechungen</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Mitwirkung bei der technischen Analyse von Ausschreibungen</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Standards und Prozessen</li></ul> Ihr Profil:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / TGA oder vergleichbar</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Software sowie MS Office</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke</li></ul>
