For one of our clients active in the Real Estate sector, I am looking for a Senior Tax advisor. Join their Legal &amp; Tax team as a Senior Tax Advisor and help shape the fiscal strategy of a leading company. You will manage fiscal compliance, identify tax-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Your Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Calculate corporate tax provisions and prepare tax returns for assigned companies</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Provide VAT expertise, optimize deductions, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Manage fiscal data for tax authorities and respond to queries from various departments</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Stay updated on fiscal legislation and assess the impact of new laws</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Assist Tax Managers with tax rulings, internal transactions, and new contracts</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Communicate with foreign fiduciaries and handle tax-related documents</li></ul>

Your Profile:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s or master’s in taxation, or equivalent experience</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">At least 5 years of relevant experience</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficient in tax administration tools (Intervat, Biztax, Microsoft Office, Kluwer Superfisc), SAP is a plus</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fluent in French, understanding Dutch; English is a plus</li></ul> Our client value work-life balance and offer the chance to thrive professionally while enjoying a fulfilling personal life.
