Job DescriptionThe Data Analyst / Data Scientist plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. This position involves end-to-end data management—from collection and preprocessing through advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling. The successful candidate will design and maintain robust data systems, develop machine learning solutions, and create compelling visualizations that communicate complex findings to stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate combines technical depth in programming and statistical methods with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
